Tell Your Child Support Story

Tennessee’s Department of Human Services (DHS) appointed a Child Support Guidelines Advisory Task Force in September 2002. The task force’s responsibility is to review the guidelines and rewrite them so that they accurately and fairly apportion correct and consistent child support awards throughout the state. The 28 member committee is comprised of eight legislators, three judges, one child support referee, and the balance of the panel members are from various groups that have an interest in child support, including the President and Vice President of DAD of Tennessee, Scott Roy and G A Hardaway.

We want to hear from you! We are your voice on the panel. We need to know what your situation is and how the system has been unfair.
